About these terms

Pharaoh Andreas LLC operates pharaohandreas.com under the Pharaoh Andreas brand. These Terms & Conditions govern use of our store and merchandise purchases, to the extent enforceable under applicable law. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy explain order fulfillment and returns. Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain data practices. Merely reading those notices does not replace any consent required by law.

Ordering and customer information

To place an order, you must have legal capacity to make the purchase or the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate recipient, contact, billing, and shipping information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

We may request reasonable verification or decline or cancel an order for payment problems, substantiated fraud concerns, stock unavailability, shipping restrictions, an obvious pricing error, or another legitimate reason permitted by law. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled portion, including applicable taxes and shipping charges. We will not increase a confirmed order's price without your agreement.

Products, pricing, and sizing

Review the product description and size chart before purchasing. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear, and minor manufacturing variations can occur. These differences do not excuse a material mismatch with the product description or a defect.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly displays another currency. Taxes, shipping, and the final total are shown before payment. Promotions are subject to their disclosed conditions. Price changes do not retroactively change a completed purchase.

We do not accept voluntary returns for change of mind or customer-selected sizing, color, design, or quantity errors when the item matches the order and description. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items remain eligible for review under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Shipping and refunds

Processing, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the linked policies and applicable law. Contact us promptly about a problem so we can help. Contacting us is encouraged but is not a waiver of rights to contact a payment provider, regulator, court, or other appropriate authority.

Professional boundaries

Pharaoh Andreas LLC is separate from the owner's and models' outside employment. Business inquiries and purchases should use our official store and email channels. Please do not solicit our business during another employer's working time or in violation of that employer's rules. We may decline a transaction where reasonably necessary to avoid a conflict of interest, subject to applicable law. A paid order we cancel will be refunded.

Original content and intellectual property

Original designs, logos, characters, artwork, photographs, text, and other materials owned by Pharaoh Andreas LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party materials and marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing here claims ownership of third-party intellectual property or grants a license to use it.

You may not reproduce, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected material without authorization, except as permitted by law. Purchasing merchandise does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

Acceptable use

Do not use the store to commit fraud, impersonate others, submit knowingly false claims, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious code, disrupt operations, harass others, or infringe legal rights. We may restrict access or cancel orders for documented violations or reasonable security concerns, subject to applicable law. Legitimate criticism, truthful reviews, and good-faith complaints are not prohibited.

Ecosystem access and membership

Merchandise purchases are separate from access to the Pharaoh Andreas Ecosystem. Unless a particular offer expressly includes a defined benefit, buying a product does not purchase or guarantee membership, admission, privileges, or access. Any eligibility to apply will be described in the applicable offer; admission may require review and approval.

Approved access is personal and may not be sold, shared, or transferred without permission. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass access controls. Access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked for rule violations, fraud, unauthorized sharing, security threats, abusive conduct, or other legitimate reasons permitted by law.

Denial or loss of a separately offered, discretionary access benefit does not by itself create a merchandise refund right. This does not remove rights relating to benefits expressly sold or promised with a purchase. Changes to features or eligibility apply prospectively and remain subject to existing commitments and applicable law. Any future paid service will require its own clearly disclosed terms.

Website availability and outside links

We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but errors and interruptions may occur. We may correct errors and maintain or update the site. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean endorsement.

Liability and consumer protections

To the extent permitted by law, Pharaoh Andreas LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including to liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or applicable product and consumer protections. Nothing in these terms eliminates nonwaivable warranties or remedies.

Disputes and governing law

California law governs these terms, except where mandatory laws applicable to a customer require otherwise. Email pharaohandreasshop@gmail.com with any concern so we can attempt a resolution. Legal claims may be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction, including small-claims court where eligible. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of lawful consumer remedies.

Updates

Changes will be posted with an updated date and apply prospectively, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The terms in effect when an order was placed continue to govern that order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
